These terms explain the basic rules for using ToolKeeper.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ToolKeeper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

ToolKeeper is a renewal decision dashboard for tracking work tools, subscriptions, renewal dates, costs, reminders, and keep/review/cancel decisions.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

User-entered tool data

You control the subscription and tool records you enter. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse ToolKeeper, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal or harmful activity.

Subscription tracking disclaimer

ToolKeeper helps you organize renewal information, but it does not guarantee that every renewal, charge, vendor change, or cancellation deadline will be detected or prevented.

Reminder and email disclaimer

Reminders are provided as a convenience. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of email providers, settings, or technical issues.

Paid plans and billing

Pro Monthly is $9/month. Pro Annual is $59/year, billed annually — saving approximately 45% versus monthly. Both plans are billed via Lemon Squeezy. You will see a billing summary before purchase. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. First-purchase refunds are available within 14 days if the service was not meaningfully used — contact support@toolkeeper.app.

Intellectual property

ToolKeeper, its product design, code, branding, and content are owned by ToolKeeper or its licensors. Your entered subscription data remains yours.

Limitation of liability

ToolKeeper is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed renewals, vendor charges, lost data, or indirect damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The updated date will change when material edits are made.
