Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds are handled for ToolKeeper paid plans.

Digital SaaS access

Paid plans provide access to digital SaaS features. There is no physical product to return.

Case-by-case review

Refund requests will be reviewed case by case, considering account activity, timing, and applicable law.

First purchase window

For a first purchase, refunds may be considered within 14 days if the service was not meaningfully used.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after renewal unless required by law.

Cancel before renewal

Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal. Billing can be managed from your billing settings in the app.

Processor timing

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear because payment processors and banks control settlement timing.
